1. 排骨洗净放料酒、生抽、姜,腌制2小时

3. 下腌好的排骨翻炒均匀
4. 倒入高汤没过排骨,加红烧酱油,大火烧开转中火
5. 煮到排骨很软的时候开大火收汁
6. 出锅
