比起自身帶有顏色的料酒,我更喜歡透明的,這樣做很多菜的時候不用擔心意外得到上色的效果。料酒很好用,淡淡的香氣能幫助去腥,酒味不會太重,用的量少的話不影響菜品本身的味道。拿來做醉雞特別好,雞腿做好後色澤明亮透淨,還有米的香味。用來醃牛肉片也非常棒👍
