#李锦记蒸鱼酱油#大表妹家里基本上每周都会跟朋友们来一次海鲜聚会,而每次必不可少的肯定是李锦记蒸鱼酱油。盐分少,甜度合适,配上贝壳或者一切海鲜都是最佳搭档。这次我们吃的扇贝,就是把蒜蓉跟酱油混合后放在扇贝上大火蒸15分钟,垫底的粉丝吸收了各种原汁,特别好吃。而鳕鱼就是蒸好后,用热油烧酱油,浇在鱼上,味道特别香。
