超简单的蒜烧鳝段
过年了做点肉菜吃吃,这是我在超市买的冷冻鳝鱼,因为带着骨头不好切片就直接切段来炒了。
材料很简单,小葱,姜片,蒜段,黄鳝,百味斋香辣虾蟹调料,料酒胡椒,水淀粉。其实我还加了一点烹大师,最近很喜欢用那个,炒包菜加一点立刻鲜了很多。
顺手安利这个调料,特别方便不需要别的多调味炒出来菜就可以很香!
首先姜蒜大块爆锅,加入蒜段爆炒
炒的差不多等鳝段发白加入料酒炝锅去腥
加入半包左右调料,看自己口味和量
加入水和烹大师盖锅焖十分钟左右,撒上葱花,玉米淀粉加水和黑胡椒做成水淀粉收汁就可以啦!
这个调料很香,且跟我一般加的豆瓣酱味道不同,可以换换口味,还超级简单😆😆😆
