教你做炒鸡简单好吃的滑蛋虾仁~

用料:鸡蛋🥚,熟虾仁🍤,(生虾仁的就先焯熟)葱叶,盐,油。

葱叶切成细丝,鸡蛋打入碗中。

先把鸡蛋打散后放入虾仁,葱丝和盐,再打一会儿,备用。

锅不用烧得太热,倒入比平时炒菜较多的油,这样炒出来的蛋才好吃。

把蛋液一股脑倒进去,慢慢地将鸡蛋划熟,出锅即可,可以进行第二次调味比如加点黑胡椒粉。

真的很好吃!!!
