最年味不过粽子。广西南边的粽子多以大粽子叶包裹,体型较江浙一带的粽子大很多。因为叶子大,所以可以塞更多的料进去,鸡爪啦,排骨啦,鸡腿,大到猪蹄!! 在美帝没办法包大粽子,幸好有粽叶,虽然比较小,包出来也是像模像样的哟。绿豆,一点点糯米,和一块腌制好的五花肉,一口咬下去满嘴香。五花肉已经很绵烂,吃不出肥肉感。加一口老干妈香辣脆,啧啧,可以吃到内伤。
