周末随手做个螺蛳粉吧 啊哈哈哈哈。
这个版本的真的很好吃,美国专供哦。粉的口感超级不错,酸笋恰到好处,红油也是贼辣,不那么臭,可能也是我习惯了这个味道了。做好之后,可谓色香味俱全!!一碗都不够吃的,哈哈哈哈。
想起最开始亚米上的螺蛳粉还是限购的、每次一来就一扫而光,我要时不时问着小编什么时候上货。现在好了,种类越来越多,货也总是充盈的!再也不用担心没得吃了。祝亚米的前景就像这碗螺蛳粉一样,红红火火,越做越好。
【做法: 我一般都是肉汤料单煮,最后浇在事先煮好的面上,然后加其他配菜。鸡蛋记得煎焦一点,更入味!配的时蔬以油菜,生菜,空心菜为佳】
