小猪猪汤圆🐷





做汤圆的关键在于,用温水加入糯米粉混合细砂糖揉成糯米粉团~ 温水要不断一点点添加 到合适的成型湿度即可~~
紫薯粉、可可粉、抹茶粉,自行发挥添加成各色。之后就是自己发挥想象力的时刻啦~~
豆沙速成法: 豆子饮用水放冰箱泡一晚上,第二天加少量的水+白砂糖,高压锅压30-45分钟,之后捣烂即可~不用翻炒(所以水量不能太多)
