【格格的厨房】夏日里好吃又好看的青椒木耳炒藕片🍃
夏天到了 天气也越来越热了 吃一些有点儿油腻的饭菜肠胃就会很不舒服 所以偶尔也需要多吃吃蔬菜给自己解解腻 清清肠胃!懂得均衡饮食 荤素搭配 才会让自己的肠胃负担没那么大 身体也更轻松! 当然啦要把蔬菜做好吃也不是一件简单的事儿 今天就分享给大家一款既美味又简单又好看 还很容易好上手的“青椒木耳炒藕片”!

①首先我们需要准备食材:藕1根,干木耳6朵,青椒1个,干辣椒3个,蒜2个
②藕切薄片,干木耳开水泡发撕碎(口感更好 体积更小更容易炒熟入味),青椒切细丝,蒜切薄片,辣椒剪断
③首先开火 不放油 把青椒在锅里煸炒一下(美国青椒很硬不容易炒熟)煸一下后加入少量油炒一下青椒 盛出
④锅热再倒入适量的油,放入蒜片和干辣椒炒 然后放入藕片木耳还有提前煸过的青椒一起炒 加入适量盐 再炒一下 盐味中和就可以起锅了 装盘 !
💖Tips:(炒素菜一定不要放味精 因为会破话蔬菜的味道和营养!)
