椰奶芋头西米露
夏天是什么?夏天就是要各种糖水走起呀.....我超爱吃营养丰富的芋头!再加上每一口都有椰奶的椰香,这搭配....超棒!这个食谱并没有特定的份量,我都是随感觉来的...

西米放入煮沸的开水中煮至西米成透明粒状

煮好的西米过一次冷水,放入冰水里浸泡15-20分钟(这样会使西米更有弹性)

少许水➕椰奶煮沸,加入切粒的芋头将芋头煮熟

最后加入浸泡好的西米和白糖调味即可!
小tip:个人觉得放入冰箱冷藏数小时更好吃哟😁
