大麦青汁奶昔






夏天去完健身房,流了一身汗後,必須喝點奶昔補充營養跟水份。我比較喜歡用冷凍水果取代新鮮的,這樣就不用另外加冰塊了,味道也不會沖淡。
今天用的是一根新鮮香蕉🍌,3勺有機冷凍藍莓,一勺冷凍的芒果草莓🍓(BJ跟Costco有賣大包的有機冷凍水果,一般美式超市也有,沒有添加物,做奶昔很方便,儲存也方便)一包大麦青汁,兩勺代餐奶昔粉,然後杏仁奶加到滿。一般我不會再加糖,香蕉本身糖分已經很足,代餐也有甜味了。打開blender讓機子自己打到停,大概45秒左右。
一杯營養均衡的奶昔就出爐啦!現打奶昔最好在半個小時內喝完,不然水果氧化就會變色了。胃口小的 想減肥的這麼一杯可以代替晚餐了。水果可以按照自我喜歡替換,喝青汁喝到厭倦的可以試試這麼喝。
