清凉百合香芹
炎热的夏季让人没胃口,适当食以清凉入口的菜肴来遏制肝阳的过分旺盛,来调节身体和谐与健康。
百合和芹菜就是可以帮助润燥降火的食材。

【百合】
含有丰富的蛋白质、和钙、磷、铁以及维生素等,
具有明显的镇咳、平喘、止血等作用,
是老幼皆宜的营养佳品。



【凉拌百合香芹】
其实这道小食可以凉拌也可炒吃,看个人喜好哈~
1.把(干)百合清水泡软,去皮,洗净。
2.西芹和胡萝卜去皮洗净切小块。
3.将芹菜和胡萝卜以及百合陆续放入开水中汆烫至熟捞出备用。
加入盐、糖、白醋,少量蒜油(可加可不加)拌匀即可。
食用前可放入冰箱冷藏一会,食用更爽口香甜.
