在家做的日式大阪烧给自己的另一半哦。
1. 适量高丽菜切碎,越碎越好
2.加入一个鸡蛋打散,然后加入数量的章鱼烧粉,加入适量水,全部搅拌一起,直到成为粘稠的面糊
3.加入切的碎碎的高丽菜,和面糊全部搅拌在一起,确保高丽菜都被面糊包裹着而且足够粘稠
4.放入一点油,等油稍微热了的时候,把高丽菜面糊放入锅里铺平,注意不要按压的太紧,保持一点蓬松感
5.找一个大小差不多的盘子把大阪烧拿出来,翻一面放油继续煎
6.两面都成金黄色即可出锅,放入大阪烧的酱汁,美乃滋,撒上柴鱼片。美味的大阪烧就做好啦。
其实正宗的做法还需要用到五花肉,可以直接喜欢吃什么就放进去和高丽菜切碎一起搅拌。
