方子就用的下厨房做过最多的那个蜜汁猪肉脯,但个人感觉还是加鱼露的口味比较好吃吃不太出猪肉腥味,推荐阿老师的方子。
教给大家一个比较方便的擀猪肉脯的方法,就是装到密封保鲜袋里面擀薄,大概200g一个袋子会比较好,放到冰箱冷藏一晚上第二天把袋子剪破就是很平整的一张猪肉脯啦!
