厨艺不够酱料来凑系列之浓稠绵密的咖喱汤汁
咖喱鸡算是一道好吃又简单的菜,小村儿做了好多年,一点一点挖掘出了如何使用酱料搭配出最好的味道,我个人喜欢浓稠绵密的汤汁,冬日里配上大白米饭🍚,真的能用脂肪温暖自己😂
每次都会做这么一大盆😃,次日吃更入味喔!
需要的调料:椰奶,黄油,咖喱块(这款金黄色的是不辣的),椰奶400ml,全部加入。
烹饪步骤:
1. 在锅内加入黄油,待其溶化后,调小火,加入咖喱块和少许水搅拌;
2. 锅内咖喱变成汤汁后加入洋葱翻炒;
3. 加入鸡肉翻炒;
4. 加入胡萝卜丁和土豆翻炒;
5. 加入整罐椰奶,煮沸后调成小火,焖制半小时;
6. 起锅加一些盐,盛盘
这么做出的咖喱汤汁非常浓稠绵密,拌饭的时候特别香,保证你还想再来一碗米饭🍚噢🤗
