今天的午饭依旧是看着就饱了的紫菜包饭↖(^ω^)↗
在第一次做紫菜包饭钱,我一直以为这是个很复杂的包饭技巧( ̄O ̄;) 但试过之后才知道原来很!简!单!(◐‿◑)
1⃣️ 备好材料:一碗白饭拌上半勺寿司醋,一张大紫菜(一般超商就有的,大概$2~3有十片吧);黄瓜丝和牛肉丝还有腌萝卜条(各种瓜果丝都可以哦,没有肉丝拿鸡蛋丝代替也很不错;腌萝卜在韩超有得买的,$6左右一整条,可以做很多次)
2⃣️ 寿司卷帘上放上海苔,再把拌好的米饭铺平。
3⃣️ 在距离紫菜边两厘米处,把食材均匀地铺在饭上
4⃣️ 借助寿司帘把饭和食材卷在一起(第一下要把食材全部包住,然后每卷一下就压一下,这样不容易散开)
5⃣️ 按自己喜好切开紫菜卷。我要塞到饭盒里,所以就要切成两半,其实我想直接整条抓着吃的(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)
