除了打卡健康午飯and 晚飯,順便安利我愛的蘋果豆奶燕麥粥。把蘋果扔進去煮燕麥不但營養豐富而且增加了口感,我喜歡煮久一點軟軟的口感一咬下去就會有酸甜的果汁。推薦豆奶煮燕麥比較好吃🤩
最近每頓都吃雞胸肉,大概是因為它都在打折吧🤣🤣🤣🤣
