❥早餐一定要食得好!才有活力工作一整天,今天准备元气早餐蛋沙律三文治,而鸡蛋有丰富的蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸、维他命A、B、D及卵磷脂。
材料:
❥鸡蛋 4只
❥方包 6片
❥蛋黄酱 少许
❥黑胡椒 少许
❥盐 少许
❥牛油 少量
步骤:
❥ 1. 将4只室鸡蛋放入公鸡造型微波炉煮蛋器,9分钟即可全熟,放入冰水冷却,鸡蛋剥壳,然后将蛋白及蛋黄分开后备用。
❥ 2. 蛋黄加入蛋黄酱拌均。
❥ 3. 同时加入少许糖及盐作调味拌均,放入雪柜一阵备用。
❥ 4. 面包抹上牛油及放上蛋沙律做成三文治。
❥鸡蛋的浓郁风味在口中扩散,快速、轻松、无须用油,能快速满足口福。
