五谷磨房 | 养生女孩👧🏻今日份的安利 —————————————————— 五谷磨房真的是我很喜欢的品牌 他们家的魔芋代餐粥我真的回购了N次！ 早餐必须来一包😂泡牛奶好喝炸了！ 最近又在亚米网买了两款不一样的试试~ •益生菌红豆薏仁粉 从里到外都是粉色系也太嫩了吧！🤭 红豆和薏米都有祛湿的功效这款还添加了益生菌 不过我倒没指望它真的能达到效果我只在乎味道😂 打开包装可以闻到一股淡淡的🥥椰子清香 我看还是选择了泡牛奶🌝甜味很淡不会腻！ 看配方添加了苹果干和红枣干我没有吃到 内容物没有魔芋粉那么丰富就单纯只有粉而已😂 口味有点像马玉山的紫山药那款不过是好喝的！ 唯一的缺点就是容易结块就是要慢慢冲热开才行 我吃过晚餐了🌝忍不住又喝了一杯还是会回购的！ • 植物益生元青汁粉 之前喝过日本大麦若叶那款青汁粉… 效果也是没啥用重点是还非常不好喝！🤭 买这个是看大家评价说非常好喝😂忍不住也想入… 我用温水冲泡和红豆薏仁粉一样容易结块🤨 不过味道确实比大麦若叶的好喝很多！ 有淡淡的水果味挺清爽的味道接受度比较高~ 打算还是用牛奶冲泡应该会更好🌝 # 什么值得买 # # 燃烧卡路里大作战 # # 我的早餐打卡 # # 晒单闪现抢积分 # # 春日粉色即正义 #
