一切为了清淡不油腻不长肉!!!
杂粮粥:红豆,黑米,两抓糯米,一抓大米加冰糖放高压锅炖到烂能煮满满两人份。当不想做饭的时候一次性能解决两顿。
扇骨莲藕汤:扇骨,莲藕,胡萝卜,一片姜,料酒,一勺鸡粉,加一丢丢药材,枸杞,黑枣,党参,当归之类的。炖上三小时,味道就出来了。作为一个广东人,没有汤不活,幸亏国外有药材,莲藕之类的东西,要不该哭了。除了这些,亚米上的茶树菇,笋干也是棒棒的,煮汤必备。
酒酿圆子:圆子用红薯,紫薯或者芋头煮熟,加太白粉或者木薯粉加糖和成面团搓成小圆子。煮小圆子到熟透加酒酿加枸杞,最后一步为了能让酒酿浮起来加藕粉。
叉烧米线:提前一天用叉烧酱和蜂蜜腌好肉,第二条扔烤箱烤二十到三十分钟就把叉烧弄好了,配上米线,青菜和煎蛋刚刚好。
其实我挺能吃的,每顿满满一盆,但是必须清淡的。最起码165的身高体重不过百。多吃清淡少油还是蛮不错的~
