#早餐 用蛋白粉,鸡蛋,酸奶做的protein Pancake,加了pb fit做的花生酱,早餐先来50g蛋白质垫垫肚子🙆🙆🙆,好好吃!

#午餐 给自己蒸大虾吃。今天又准备做芋头包子所以把最后一个肉松芋泥面包吃掉,晚上吃新鲜出炉的🤪
昨天才说不想做东西今天就做了榴槤馅还蒸了一大堆包子,真的閒不住啊我。 这次的芋泥奶黄包没发起来,当窝头吃好了,反正我自己做的怎么都好吃(明明是你没追求)。一个窝头整整200g,沉甸甸的😛😛😛
#晚餐 大满足,我可太棒了😆,这全麦卷没怎么发起来口感跟窝头差不多哈哈哈哈,但是好香!
