做法:
1.先将鸡肉切成小块,用1:1:1加入一勺老抽、生抽和生粉腌制大约10分钟,韭菜花去掉有花的尾端,洗干净切段;
2.热锅热油,将腌好的鸡肉炒至微焦盛出;
3.热锅热油放了,放入韭菜花,翻炒4-5分钟,放入适量盐、生抽,翻炒均匀直到韭菜花基本已熟;
4.最后将炒好的鸡肉倒入锅中,与韭菜花混合均匀,炒三四分钟放入少许糖,再炒几下即可出锅!
