燕麦100g、奇亚籽、香蕉🍌2根、坚果适量、鸡蛋🥚一只
做法:
1.取一根香蕉用勺子捣烂在容器中,另外一根香蕉切小块备用
2.倒入麦片铺平,倒入奇亚籽
3.打入一只鸡蛋,搅拌均匀
4.撒上坚果和香蕉块
5.预热烤箱,放入中层华氏356度烤30分钟
