【秀羊厨房】美容养颜猪蹄汤!
以前就喜欢吃猪蹄!今天第一次自己做。好吃到上天!!! 因为猪蹄炖的非常地软了,筷子都不能使劲一点夹,太棒啦!
软糯香的猪蹄在嘴里轻轻地裹住每一颗牙,混合着蘸料,唇齿留香。

首先,冷水加入猪蹄,花椒,姜片,少量料酒,煮沸给猪蹄焯水。
煮沸几分钟左右,捞出猪蹄。

倒掉水,清洗猪蹄。

重新烧一锅水,放入香叶,八角。盖上盖子煮沸
这时候需要让它沸腾半小时,这也是这锅汤变白白的一个秘诀哦!

半小时后小火慢炖,加入一勺盐。
咕嘟咕嘟咕嘟咕嘟~两个小时就过去了~
然后放入泡好的海带芽。煮十分钟,再放入切好的莴笋,煮20分钟。
当当~一锅美味的猪蹄汤就做好啦!
放点香葱在上面。

蘸水:
3颗蒜切碎,
一勺老干妈,
三勺熟油辣椒,
一勺橄榄油,
少量花椒油,
少量生抽,
极少量白糖提鲜,
极少量香油,
一小勺醋。
