【留学生消暑攻略】凉瓜排骨黄豆煲

☀️ 炎炎夏日,热死了吧?在这个水深火热的日子里,很有必要通过食物和汤水消消暑,特此推荐:凉瓜排骨黄豆煲。一煲两吃:排骨凉瓜下饭,饭前饭后喝汤,两个字,滋润。
🥘 准备工作:黄豆泡两小时,排骨用盐、生粉、料酒腌一下。

1⃣️ 用姜把锅爆香,倒入排骨煎一下。

2⃣️ 外面煎至金黄色即可。

3⃣️ 倒入比排骨高一层的热水,大火烧15分钟。

4⃣️ 倒入凉瓜和黄豆,大火烧15分钟,转中火再烧20分钟左右。

一锅凉瓜排骨黄豆煲就做好了,加适量盐调味。

泡在汤里,下白饭吃。这样既可以保温,又可以保持食物的湿度,口感更佳。
