今天来推荐好吃有营养、健康又漂亮的主食
在亚米上买了玉米𥻗和小米
而且还是有机的哦
非常健康又养胃
完全不用担心


我一般都会把它们和大米一起这样放在电饭煲里
之后放下按下煮饭键 就可以开吃啦

我一般都是这样放在锅里
洗米淘米之后肯定都会搅混在一起的
为了拍照效果 也可以先各自洗好 再放在一起

摆盘出来就是这般颜色啦
我觉得超漂亮超好看的
食欲也➕好

也可以放糙米黑米紫米
也可以有好看的效果哦
