叉叉每日食谱——牛油果鸡肉卷饼(加鸡蛋)
锵锵~~~今天的早餐
昨天晚上溜出去逛超市看到了一直想买的这个饼 上次在trader joe's看到想买的时候发现保质期特别短只有几天 我肯定吃不完 这次看到这个到十一月 果断买了 觉得可以做卷饼鸡蛋灌饼什么的
这个饼有好多种口味 各个超市都有卖 牌子也很多 非常容易入手 我拿了最普通的原味
本来早上想做pancake 结果昨天把家里最后一点牛奶泡奇亚籽了才想起来…所以就吃卷饼啦
先煎个蛋 加点盐或者其他调味料 随便怎么煎都行 打散也行
鸡蛋成型的时候把饼放到旁边开始加热
下面这张图可以看到饼被加热后中间鼓了起来
所以如果想吃鸡蛋灌饼 等饼鼓起来后撕开饼皮一层往里面注入蛋液就可以 下次试试~~
然后把鸡蛋移到饼上
铺上(我从室友烤鸡上掰下来的鸡腿上的)鸡腿肉 再加上(切开好多天放在冰箱里的剩下的半个)牛油果切片
然后卷起来
很明显 料加多了 不是怎么卷得起来……封面图就能看出来 所以我拿了个保鲜袋托住底部
还挺好吃的😝
缺点是吃完了觉得午饭不用吃了………
另外配的是奇亚籽牛奶 昨天晚上倒一杯牛奶加一勺奇亚籽扔冰箱 早上起来微波炉叮一分钟让它回温
比较惨的是出门前给钢笔灌墨水 没注意的时候一滴墨给我甩进杯子了…我还没喝几口呢😭😭😭

食堂打工就用的这个冰,plane totia加香草口味冰激凌很好吃!然后里面铺满cheese再加点别的对折烤到cheese融化两半分开来有黏黏的拉丝就是墨西哥qasodia(全都不会拼哈哈哈),那个cheese里面加菠萝烤完就像在吃夏威夷披萨
