厨艺不够酱料来凑系列之照烧鸡翅
懒厨娘小村儿又来介绍方便又美味的懒人食谱啦!照烧鸡翅!
首先需要准备这包李锦记照烧腌酱,一包可以腌制10个鸡翅。味道以甜为主,有酱的香味,还不错👍
除了鸡翅,猪扒腌制也很推荐噢!牛羊肉也没问题哒!大约一包酱料可以腌制400g食材。
鸡翅切好后,放入袋中,倒入照烧汁挤压让其均匀涂抹在鸡翅上,腌制最好一小时以上,我放在冰箱内腌制了一晚上;
准备制作前记得早一些将鸡翅从冰箱拿出,让其恢复到室温。小村儿这次用空气炸锅,预热后,360华氏度,15分钟,我用锡纸包了为了避免洗锅🤣,没用锡纸时间可以再缩短一些。
大约7分钟的时候拿出来翻面,接着等到提示音响起,香喷喷的鸡翅就出锅啦!
出锅后用吸油纸垫在盘子上,可以沥干多余的油分,撒一些白芝麻,视觉上好看也更香。
