# 三食三餐 #
今天来做一道闽菜代表,荔枝肉。准备工作
需要准备的食材:猪瘦肉,土豆,葱绿,姜,蒜,鸡蛋
需要准备的调料:盐,糖,白胡椒粉,蒜粉,淀粉,面粉,生抽,醋,料酒,番茄沙司
烹饪步骤:
1. 将猪肉和土豆切成丁,差不多是荔枝果肉的大小;
2. 放入盐,白胡椒,料酒和淀粉腌制一小时;
3. 蛋清,蒜粉,盐和面粉搅拌成面糊;
4. 生抽,糖,醋,番茄沙司调制酱汁,番茄沙司多于其它调料;
5. 锅内倒入油,油热后下土豆,炸至金黄或者筷子可以捅穿;
6. 猪肉裹上面糊,准备入锅内油炸,同样炸到呈现金黄色;炸好后捞出沥油,可以看到表面的面糊形成凹凸不平的“荔枝纹”。
7. 接着,另起一个炒锅,放入姜末和蒜末爆香;
8. 倒入炸好的肉和土豆翻炒;
9. 倒入酱汁,关火翻炒,最后撒上葱花,装盘!
酸酸甜甜的荔枝肉就做好啦!算是会客聚餐都会点的一道菜吧~
