Content Description

《经方发挥》“经方”之谓，古今相沿，所指则异。今所谓经方者，多指仲景《伤寒杂病论》方而言，若曹颖甫之《经方实验录》，赵明锐之《经方发挥》亦是。赵明锐先生，山西人。研究仲景学，善用仲景方，所著《经方发挥》，吾甚喜爱，早年协助老师修订《伤寒论译释》时曾读之，并有所征引，今再读之，感受颇深。
《经方发挥》涉及《伤寒杂病论》方40首，用于治疗百余种病证，举医案131例，虽仅近13万字，但内容却很丰富，读之则有令人别开生面之感，真可谓发挥多多。

Author Description

赵明锐，（1925-2000）山西汾阳人，从事中医治疗工作近50年，善用经方，对《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》方剂的治疗范围多有拓展。
在汾阳医院、山西省中医学校附属医院长期任医师。曾在山西医学院中医大学班讲授《伤寒论》、《黄帝内经》。
本书的内容在《中医药学高级丛书·伤寒论》、高等医药院校教材《金匮要略讲义》、《伤寒论译释》等书籍中多有引用。本书在日本被称为“汉方家座右之书”。
在《上海中医药杂志》、日本《汉方临床》等刊物上发表了《探索岁火太过与太阳黑子》、《人体阴阳与太阳辐射初探》及其他论文。

Book Abstract

本方为张仲景所创重点方剂之一，不论是在临床上运用之广泛，还是疗效之可靠，往往出人意料之外，多少年来脍炙人口。原方由桃仁、大黄、桂枝、芒硝和甘草组成。方中桃仁能破血、活血行瘀血，止由血脉阻滞引起的疼痛，并能除蓄血、解凝，消散因击仆损伤造成的蓄血、积血，疏肤腠之瘀血，散肝经之血结。据《中药大辞典》载，本药有抗凝的作用，以及较弱的溶血作用，故作为方中的主治药。其次是大黄，同样有破积滞，行瘀血的作用，能推陈致新，并能通利宣散一切气滞，也就是说，能调血脉，利关节，泻诸壅滞。据《本草纲目》载，病在五经血分者宜用之。桃仁与大黄相伍，对于活血逐瘀的作用，确是珠联璧合，相得益彰。发汗解肌是桂枝的主要作用，但在本方中却是用以温经通络，宣阳行气，血得热则行，遇寒则凝，所以凡化瘀活血剂中，温经通阳的药物必不可少。软坚、化积、消痈肿是芒硝的专长，《药性论》载，能消散恶血。甘草除有和中缓急止痛的作用外，《别录》载，并有通经脉利气血的作用。以上五味药组成了破血逐瘀、温通经络的桃核承气汤。本方在伤寒论中用以治疗太阳病经证不解，病邪随经侵入太阳之腑，且其人平素少腹积有瘀血，今又热结于下焦与瘀血相搏，因而产生少腹硬满，如狂、发狂的蓄血证。关于蓄血证的“血”，究竟“蓄”在哪里？历代医家意见颇不一致，归纳下来有以下诸说：“少腹部位”、“下焦少腹”、“下焦血分”、“小肠”和“膀胱”。这些说法都是受“太阳经”和“膀胱”的约束，与临床实际不相符合。蓄血证在临床上并非罕见，其蓄血的部位在大肠。
