Orders shipped by Yamibuy are delivered from Monday to Sunday (except holidays, and some areas may not be delivered on Sundays due to the operation restriction of the carrier). Normally, it may take 1 to 2 business days to process and ship out your order. During the peak order period, it may take an additional 3-4 business days to process your order.
Yamibuy will deliver the package to you through third-party logistics. The delivery date listed on our website is reference time which is forecasted based on the inventory status, normal processing procedures, delivery time, and destination. Please fill in your legal name, delivery address, and contact information accurately.
Due to the following circumstances, Yamibuy is NOT responsible for the delay of your orders:
1. If one or more items in your order are out of stock.
2. The recipient name or address is inaccurate or not valid.
3. No one is available to sign up on the delivery of the order, resulting in the cost and related consequences of the repeated distribution.
4. Force majeure such as: natural disasters, political factors, regional demonstrations or strikes etc.
Out of stock handling
Yamibuy may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s).
In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, Yamibuy will remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). Yamibuy will send an email notification and refund the difference to you.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California and out-of-state.

Alaska / Hawaii:
ALASKA/HAWAII is charged $19.99 for shipping for the first 10 lbs. Every other 10 lbs will be charged for extra $19.99.
Examples: An order weights 15 lbs will be charged $19.99+$19.99=$39.98 for shipping.
An order weights 25 lbs will be charged $19.99+$19.99+$19.99=$59.97 for shipping.
Special Handling Fee:
Standard Shipping orders, if the order weight is more than 30lbs and the amount is less than $100, an additional $2.99 special handling fee will be charged (regardless of whether the order has been met for free shipping policy).
*Order weight is calculated by Yamibuy measurement data, and observational error might happen.
1. Modify the address before the order is shipped, Yamibuy will not charge you.
2. To change the shipping address during the order delivery process, Yamibuy will try to help customers requesting address modification with the shipping carrier. If the modification is successful, a $17.00 modification fee will be charged; if the modification is unsuccessful, it will not be charged.
3. We apologize that we are unable to ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses. Orders will be canceled or returned automatically without a valid shipping address.
