可是我们想要形成牢固的概念，把一个“企业”作为产业组织的单位，还有困难。很明显，我们要考虑到的工厂、商店等有许多不是各自分开的、独立的企业。它们只是分开设立的机构。几个工厂、矿山、商店属于一个老板所有或归一个经理管理，虽然在从前很不常见，现今在某些产业部门中却是很普通的事。
