钟志农，浙江省杭州市人，浙江省心理健康教育特级教师，浙江省优秀教师，全国首届中小学心理健康教育“十佳专家”。现任全国中小学心理健康教育专业委员会常务理事，浙江省学校心理学和心理咨询专业委员会副秘书长，浙江省学校心理健康教育专业指导委员会专业委员，“心海扬帆”中小学心理辅导网站主办人。 1993年开始从事学校心理健康教育，主攻方向为班级心理辅导活动课。1999—2001年完成北京师范大学“发展心理与教育”硕士研究生课程。十年内主持三项浙江省省级心理健康教育课题，分别获浙江省基础教育科研成果二等奖（1997）、浙江省教育厅教研室学科教学成果一等奖（2000）、浙江省基础教育科研成果推广奖（2001）：2002年获浙江省人民政府颁发的浙江省第三届优秀教育科研成果一等奖。有40余篇论文在《人民教育》、《新德育》、《中小学心理健康教育》、《大众心理学》、《中学生心理》等杂志发表，主要著作有《团体辅导》（与台湾师大吴武典教授合著）、《高中生心理辅导个案解析》、《情感的烦恼》、《心理健康教育小学生活动手册》、《心理健康教育教师指导手册（小学分册）》、《中小学心理健康教育活动课优秀课例及点评》等多种。

Book Abstract

第二节行为主义治疗理论
行为主义治疗理论是美国霍布金斯大学著名心理学家华生于1913年创立的。该理论重在研究人的外部行为，而不注重行为的内部变化，其理论目标在于预见和控制人的行为。这一理论直到20世纪50年代末至60年代初才运用于行为咨询和行为治疗，并迅速发展成为当今世界上最重要的心理咨询与治疗的方法之一。
一、行为治疗的基本假设
基于经典的巴甫洛夫条件反射理论、桑代克和斯金纳等提出的操作性条件反应理论以及班杜拉的模仿学习理论，行为治疗的基本理论假设是：
（1）如同适应性行为一样，非适应性行为也是习得的。即个体是通过学习才获得了不适应的行为的，不过应注意并非所有的行为变化都是学习引起的。
（2）个体可以通过学习消除那些已经习得的不良行为或不适应行为，也可以通过学习获得自己所缺少的适应性行为。
上述两个基本假设的核心思想是，人类的行为大部分是通过后天的学习而获得的，适应不良行为是错误学习的结果。教育与环境在儿童心理和行为的发展中起决定作用。通过一定的技术手段，并加强训练，人是可以摈除不良旧习、重塑一种新的健康的行为方式的。
所有行为主义的理论有一个最主要的共同点：不研究人的内心活动，只观察研究外部可见的行为，认为人的适应不良行为像其他正常行为一样，都是在外界环境刺激的影响下形成的条件反射或通过学习形成的行为模式。症状就是适应不良的行为或习惯，矫正了适应不良行为，就消除了症状。因此，行为疗法对过程关心较少，而只注意通过对求助者的行为观察和分析，帮助求助者确立特定的治疗目标，接着就开始进行以新的条件作用为前提的学习过程。
二、行为治疗的基本过程
（1）确认来访者的不良行为，据此制定治疗目标，即以操作性的术语阐明需要改变的行为及其基线水平。这个目标行为又叫做“靶行为”，它可以是一个新行为，可以是一个旧行为改造后的形式，也可以是一个旧行为的消失状态。
（2）选择适当的治疗技术和方法，设置有助于“靶行为”发生的情境，帮助来访者建立起新的行为方式。
（3）强化希望出现的“靶行为”或强化一系列接近“靶行为”的行为。
（4）持续地记录“靶行为”的变化过程，据此作出治疗过程的评估。
三、行为治疗过程中的常用技术
1.放松训练
放松训练对于应付紧张、焦虑、不安、气愤的情绪或情境非常有用，可以帮助个体振作精神，恢复体力，消除疲劳，镇定情绪，有助于全身肌肉放松，造成自我抑制状态，促进血液循环，增强个体应付紧张事件的能力。
2.系统脱敏法
系统脱敏法由三个部分组成：放松训练；建立恐怖或焦虑的等级层次；要求来访者在放松的情况下，按等级层次中列出的项目进行想象或实地脱敏。
