第1节美容医学整体学科概论
美容医学作为一门医学与美容学交叉的学科，在我国已有20多年的研究、建设和发展的历史。其学科目的、学科对象日益明确，学科体系日趋成熟。学科体系包括两部分，即美容医学基础学科及美容医学应用学科。其基础学科又分为生物医学基础学科和人文医学基础学科两类。生物医学基础学科主要包括美容解剖学、美容药物学、美容化妆品学、美容材料学、美容营销学等；人文医学基础学科主要包括医学美学、美容医学心理学、美容医学伦理学等。其应用学科目前主要包括美容外科学、美容皮肤学、美容牙科学、美容中医学、美容保健学等。
一、美容医学的形成
一门新的学科的诞生往往是源于社会生活中已经存在着的某些现象符合人们的需求，从而引起了人们关注，于是人们通过对其基础理论的研究，以及相关学科的佐证与应用，来揭示其中的规律，使之成为更规范、更系统、更完善的学科体系。美容医学就是一门这样的医学学科。美容医学的产生源于某些医学技术的应用，满足了人们对美的需求，激起人们对该技术实施的基本原理及与之必然相关的问题研究，如美容心理等；除此之外，为了更好地满足求美者的需求，还必须深入研究以人体美学为核心的医学美学学科，并且把它与美容医学各临床学科有机结合，即形成医学美学临床设计，又称医学美学设计。所以，美容医学是对医学领域的拓展，是一门医学新领域的学科。
