什么才是我们的生活

自从去年休学之后，我整天待在家里，生活越来越闭塞，基本上不和同学联系，也很少陪父母讲话。生活懒散而且人也很颓废，我除了吃饭和睡觉之外就是上网。而在网上除了打游戏也就是泡在那几个强迫症论坛里，或者和QQ群里的病友们聊天。这几乎成了我清醒时生活的全部。我每天夜里要两三点钟才离开网络，第二天的12点之后再起床，吃点东西之后就又开始上网。半年前，由于苦闷我学会了抽烟，现在边上网边抽烟，尤其是夜里抽得更多。我在网上到处查有什么新的治疗方法、了解为什么会得强迫症、强迫症到底是什么因素引起的、有没有人和我一样，等等。刚开始的时候父母还经常说我，让我早点睡，白天出去运动运动，后来也就渐渐地不再说我了。我想他们也很无奈吧，但我心里更是无奈，我也不想过这样的生活，只是在网上时我的痛苦才会少一些，做其他事情的时候那些可恶的强迫就会出来折磨我，使我什么事都做不了。

很多朋友都过着这样的生活，不断地在网上查找各种资料，即使我们对强迫症已经了解了很多，但情况并不会有多大的好转。看来，我们需要改变这样的生活方式了，至于为什么会得强迫症这类的问题就交给心理学家和精神病专家去研究吧，这是他们的生活，不是我们的生活。不要再分析和追问：为什么我要这么想？为什么别人都不怕？到底是什么因素引起的？等等。让我们停止这些追问似乎并不容易，但我们必须要明白这种追问对我们的好转丝毫没有帮助。比如，我们正在走路，突然被前面的一块巨石挡住了去路，这时我们不需要问：这块巨石为什么会在这？
