以往的观点将高血压、高血糖、高血脂的发病原因分开来考虑，基本采取各自为战的治疗方法。
但是，以我多年的临床经验发现，血压、血糖值等三大指标恶化成“三高”状态时，会对一个关键点——胰岛素造成重大影响。
我们的临床病例也表明，只要找到了“胰岛素控制策略”，高血压、高血糖和高血脂就能同时得到改善。
那么为什么“胰岛素控制策略”如此关键呢？
这说起来有点专业，胰岛素是胰腺分泌的一种荷尔蒙。我们吃下去的碳水化合物在体内被分解成葡萄糖，胰岛素将葡萄糖通过血液运送至全身细胞。
