If you have purchased a Repit product through YAMI, and would like to return it for a refund or exchange it for another product, you are able to do so by contacting customer service within 14 days from the date of purchase. All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for promotional items and non-warranty items (i.e. Shampoos and Conditioners). All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund or charged at the time of the exchange. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. All returns must be in the original packaging undamaged, including any free goods which were received with the original order, and must be in “New” condition. A copy of the original sales invoice (receipt) must accompany all returns. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling fees necessary to return the item to our location, in order to receive a refund. The customer is also responsible for any shipping and handling fees necessary to receive an exchanged item. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen while in transit. The customer is responsible for tracking the order with the provided tracking number. We are also not responsible for additional shipping costs for items sent to an incorrect address, items not claimed within a timely matter (as deemed by the shipping company) by the recipient, or items that fail to arrive at our facility at no fault of Repit USA.
