Product Description
This is a classic Taiwan Oolong tea that can rival 'Jinxuan' in Taiwan. Four Seasons Spring is its 'subtle floral aroma', suitable for drinking in all seasons.
The overall style of Four Seasons Spring is very close to 'High Mountain Tea' Lishan Oolong, with a subtle floral aroma and a sweet, pure, and refreshing tea base. But because its raw materials are not grown at high altitudes and can be harvested in all four seasons, it greatly reduces production cost, making it budget-friendly.
Upon opening the bag, you are greeted with a floral aroma. When you drink it, it is sweet and mellow. Even when brewed in a mug, it is sweet and delicious~ Made into milk tea, the taste is even more high-end. No wonder for a while, Taiwan's 'Four Seasons Spring Milk Tea' was very popular~ Why not buy some and make it at home!

Brewing Tips
5g tea, 500ml water, place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, then it can be enjoyed.
Alternatively, you can put ice cubes in a cup, add 5g of tea leaves, let it sit until the ice cubes melt, and then it can be consumed.
Start with 100℃ boiling water. After the third or fourth brew, it can be reduced to 90℃.
5g tea, 100ml water.
Steeping time: 10s/15s/15s/20s *
- These times correspond to the steeping time for each brew.
The ball-shaped oolong tea can be "awakened" during the first infusion. After briefly steeping for 5 seconds, the tea infusion is discarded without drinking.
To begin, use boiling water for brewing, allowing the tea leaves to unfurl and releasing their aroma. Extend the steeping time to 2-3 minutes in later infusions to achieve a smoother, sweeter, and more mellow tea soup.
After the third infusion, you can adopt a "cooling brewing" approach by lowering the water temperature to around 90℃, which can increase the endurance of the tea leaves.
The amount of tea leaves and steeping time can be adjusted according to personal preference and are provided as general guidelines.
It is recommended to use a lidded bowl or teapot for brewing. However, using a mug to brew with hot water is also acceptable for convenience.
Origin & Process
Produced in Nantou, Taiwan, these semi-ball-rolled Oolong tea leaves can be produced in early spring, late winter, and all four seasons. It has a lighter degree of fermentation, with a prominent floral aroma. It is a delicious and budget-friendly classic Taiwan Oolong tea.
