Origin & Process
Indulge in the exquisite flavors of Osmanthus Oolong, proudly produced in the breathtaking Lishan region of Taiwan. The raw materials are meticulously selected from the pristine high mountain Qingxin Oolong plantations, situated at an altitude of 1500+ meters. Following the traditional Oolong tea-making method, this exceptional blend undergoes a unique "scenting" process inspired by the craftsmanship of high-quality Jasmine tea production in Fujian.
After the arrival of the local winter solstice cold wind, the osmanthus blossoms are hand-picked, with only the delicate stamens carefully selected. Through 3-4 meticulous scenting processes with the tea leaves, the fresh osmanthus imparts its exquisite sweetness to the fullest. Gentle stirring allows the osmanthus moisture to infuse into the tea, ensuring a harmonious marriage of flavors. After a careful resting period of 4/5 hours, the blend is meticulously dried to extract its captivating fragrance, signifying the completion of one "scenting" process. At each stage, the tea and flowers are meticulously sifted, allowing only the essence to progress to the next scenting process.
This high-quality floral tea exemplifies focused craftsmanship and a continuous screening process, making it an exceptionally rare and precious creation. It is a testament to the dedication required to produce such a tea, as its unique characteristics are challenging to mass-produce. Experience the epitome of fine floral tea with Osmanthus Oolong, an exceptional blend crafted with unparalleled care and devotion.
