Author Description

林怡芬，Tokyodesignercollege毕业。2000年起以插画创作为主。作品主要发表于图书、广告、杂志、商品设计等领域。代表作品有台北101MALL形象广告插画，7-11I-cash卡，台湾诚品书店外观视觉插画和制品插画等。与VOGUE，ELLE，《诚品好读》等杂志合作。出版绘本《橄榄色屋顶公寓305室》，另外也出版oneday等笔记书数本。作品收录于日本玄光社“FashionIllustrationFile”之中，曾于台北、东京举办过多次展览。目前工作以台湾与日本两地为主。

1940年日本三重县生。多摩美术大学油画科毕业。1964年首屈一指的男性时尚杂志《平凡PANCHI》创刊时，她从第一期即担任封面插画绘制长达七年。活跃于杂志、书籍、广告等各领域。以日常生活为主题所创作的插画和短文，受到广泛年龄层的读者喜爱，出版超过一百本以上的书籍。2002年，独立制作从企划、采访摄影到编辑的杂志《Arne》。掀起了日本生活杂志盛行之风潮。

·从插画家 到杂志创办人

2002年的夏天，我在日本的书店无意间看到一本薄薄的、封面“朴素”的杂志，是刚创刊的第一号《Arne》。

翻了翻前几页，是鼎鼎大名的工艺设计师“柳宗理”的专访。谁有本事采访到极少曝光的大师，甚至拍到他的家居生活呢？翻到发行页，出现的竟然是我喜爱的插画家大桥步的名字，惊讶开心之余，期待着一年只有四本的季刊——《Arne》，成了我生活中的乐趣之一。

在遇见《Arne》之前，我所熟悉的大桥步是插画家。她为《平凡PANCHI》所绘制的封面时尚插画，在二十世纪六七十年代影响了当代年轻人的服饰品味。当时，银座街头每到假日即聚集一群年轻人，模仿着她所绘制的服饰穿着风格。《平凡PANCHI》也因此成为当时年轻男性的服装圣经，她独特的画风也为插画界注入了一股新流。九十年代初，她为村上春树的书《村上收音机》所绘制的版画作品，张张精彩，在周刊杂志《anan》与村上春树连载将近一百张作品，也令读者印象深刻。另外较常见到的还有生活随笔、配上涂鸦风格的插画作品，出现在女性杂志的连载专栏。几十年来，她这一类的图文连载，已出版了一百本以上。

然而，才华洋溢、活力充沛的大桥步似乎是要告诉我们，她还不止于此。到了一般上班族的退休年龄时，她竟然办起了杂志，挑战一个从未尝试过的领域。“过六十岁后，来邀稿的工作，多半是小插图之类的工作，广告案子的话，还要跟五家公司比稿，或一家需要提出五案的要求，我想，再这样下去连自己也会变得相当无趣，于是全都拒绝了。”
