主持人：欢迎走进《新闻会客厅》。一上来我要问一个问题，您觉得婚姻是什么？我想这是一个问十个人就有十个不同答案的问题，不管是未婚、已婚还是打不打算结婚，婚姻都是我们不得不去思考和面对的问题，如果婚姻出现了一些状况，我们该怎么办呢？我们今天请到了心理医生李子勋。
主持人：您好，您是从1990年开始关注婚姻当中的心理问题的？
李子勋：因为前来接受咨询的人婚姻方面的问题比较多。
主持人：所以您的注意力会更多地放在这个范畴？
李子勋：的确做了一些思考。
主持人：您对婚姻家庭问题思考得多，研究得多。是不是可以假设一个人对婚姻家庭问题这么了解，跟他结婚肯定会幸福？
李子勋：那倒不一定！对婚姻了解太多，他对婚姻就没有太多的期待，彼此和谐的生活容易达成，但是婚姻中那种愉悦感、激情与享受的东西相应就少。
主持人：婚姻究竟是应该追求激情，追求这种强烈的愉悦感，还是应该追求平稳的安全感？
李子勋：其实，婚姻从心理深层讲是一个归属需求。婚姻不等于爱情，爱情是种子撒到地里，互相辛勤浇灌，种子发芽了，结出来的果实就是婚姻。但果实（婚姻）不等于种子，它比种子（爱情）要多。因此，只有爱情是不够的，婚姻更是一个生存的方式。
主持人：那就是说爱情仅仅是一个起点。人们对于婚姻的种种表现，跟人们对婚姻本身的理解正确与否，关系大不大？
李子勋：相当大！在不同的文化构架下，我们对婚姻的解读不一样。对婚姻的感觉来源于我们头脑里对婚姻的观念，如果按照心理学家的解释，爱情不是两个人的，是自己的。
主持人：自己的？
李子勋：比如徐静蕾的电影《一个陌生女人的来信》。
主持人：我爱你关你什么事？
李子勋：对。假设你内心没有爱的能力，不管你跟谁在一块，不管对方多么在意你，你都感觉不到爱。
主持人：如果有爱的能力，你不理我，我也可以去爱？
李子勋：这很简单。你看那些“粉丝”，喜欢周杰伦或者喜欢谁，他们只要知道他在唱歌，活着，看到他的相片，听他的歌，自己就是幸福的。“粉丝”只是在关注，这种关注与被关注者没有关系。
爱别人时，我们内心洋溢着愉悦感，觉得我们的生命得到了价值，觉得活着有意义。所以婚姻也是这样，假如一个女人、一个男人，他去爱，爱对方，他得到的是一个幸福感，假设他怀疑对方，不爱他，或者认为对方爱着别人，这个感觉就没有了，他就失去了。
主持人：您对婚姻的定义一直以来就是这样的定义，婚姻是没有好坏的，只有彼此适应不适应？还是说，时代发展到今天，各种各样的婚姻状况出现了。找到这样一个解释，让人们更容易接受自己的婚姻？
李子勋：应该是1990年的时候，我研究美国加利福尼亚关于婚姻幸福度的调查表，发现它提出十几条婚姻幸福度的测查标准，恰恰没有爱情这项，没有问你爱不爱你先生，或你先生爱不爱你。
主持人：爱不算是一个指标？
李子勋：它不算一个指标，因为它很难有一致性的描述。爱是一个内心的东西，你觉得这个男人爱着你，你就能从他的行为里看出他在爱你，当你觉得他不爱你，你又会从所有行为上都读出他不爱你，这是自我内心世界的一个重现。
主持人：婚姻当中，像您刚才说的一些评定指标，没有爱情，有些什么呢？

婚姻是谁也说不清的东西我的这本书试图用男女两个人的角度去解读婚姻，这样比较容易避免一种观念给读者带来的视觉狭隘。婚姻和爱情一样是谁也说不清的东西，我在书中的一些说法也只是众多婚姻观念中的一种，既不是全部，也不是最好的。
书中把婚姻男女一律以东东、西西来指代名字，省得花很多心思去为角色取名。他们到底是谁不重要，重要的是他们表达的婚姻关系情景。希望读者可以提前给自己一个提醒，不要用连续的感受去把握故事中的主人翁。
我也把自己化身为子子木木夫妻，简称子木先生、子木夫人，或子木夫妻。写这本书常常要求自己分裂，尽可能一个用男性视觉，一个用女性视觉，把一样的东西作不一样的解读，以这种形式增加读者对婚姻多样化的理解。
书中的书信材料和一语中的的问题都来自深圳版《女友》，原文刊登的专栏为《布鲁夫妻》，成书的时候，为了尊重杂志社的劳动，原文故事有了很大的改写，变成一种更易读、通俗的散文诗体。杂志的原主编易虹是我多年的朋友，我们的配合从1995年开始，直到如今。在此我要表达对她和对《女友》杂志的感谢! 网上的朋友曾问我：“为什么总是为女性写东西?”我的回答是：“因为只有女性杂志跟我约稿。”所以，在此要请男性读者原谅。书中的男性角度也是一种很温和的男性视觉，可能让男性读者感觉不那么过瘾。在此致歉 !
