Book Abstract

第三节李德修对小儿疾病的辨证治疗清补法的运用
上面所述望诊方法，主要以五色配五脏，而穴位所属亦各归于五脏，因此三字经学派推拿，主要以脏腑辨证法为主，以简驭繁，气血津液，自然寓乎其中。脏腑辨证，是根据脏腑的生理功能、病理表现，对疾病证候进行归纳，借以推究病机，判断病变的部位、性质、正邪盛衰情况的一种辨证方法，是临床各科的诊断基础，是辨证体系中的重要组成部分。辨证治则，总不离阴阳五行与八纲的道理，本着这些理论原则，指导辨证选穴治疗。
主要治则，可用补法与清法概之。补法与清法须掌握正确。大抵补则气升，清则气降，清补则通和气血，起调整作用。实则用清，虚则用补。实中有虚，则用清补，或针对各脏病情而分别用清法、补法与清补法。用清法太多，须防正气受伤，也须酌用补法，以善其后。
例如治大便燥结，用清脾及清大肠法，因两穴皆为清，最后要用补肾法，固先天元气，以防清泄太过。
更有不宜补的穴位，如肝为将军之官，其性刚果而主升，补则助其上升之势，而侮克他脏。肝属木，肾属水，水能生木，如见肝虚，则用补肾法，滋肾水以生肝木，也就等于补肝。

Introduction

一代名医李德修老先生逝世38年以后，一部遗著终将出版问世了，这是值得庆幸的事。李老先生贤孙女李先晓同志，托人捎来本书清稿，请我作序，我原不敢应承。李老是中医名家，这本书是中医名著，我是外行，又是后辈，不敢妄加评述。转念一想，李老先生原是青岛市中医院的元老，于是便不再推辞，写了下面这篇文字。
李老先生行医数十年守宗不渝，尊古而不拘泥，其潜心研究推拿三字经，精于医理，承前启后，形成了推拿三字经学派。其尚存之作，虽久已成帙，却因年跻衰耋，有心无力，乃嘱其后人补遗正误，代行其事，本书出版，于青云同志首记头功，是这位中医院的后起之秀，将前辈遗著的原始手稿，整理打印，编排校勘成可送出版的清稿，不仅花费许多时间和精力，而且这项工作几乎无人可以替代，委实功不可没，作为知情人，在本书告竣之时，于此特附一笔。
