Mooncake Pre-Sale Details

These mooncakes are available for pre-sale, and all mooncakes are expected to arrive before the Mid-Autumn Festival. The specific arrival time is indicated in the product name. However, international shipping may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters or geopolitical situations. If there is any impact on the actual shipping time, Yamibuy will notify customers as soon as possible.

Whether shipped early or delayed, Yamibuy ensures that all mooncakes will be within the shelf life period. Please rest assured when purchasing. If a pre-sale order contains multiple mooncake items, they will be shipped together once all pre-sale mooncakes have arrived. Customers who are concerned about delivery time should place separate orders for faster shipping.

Mooncakes are delicate pastry products. During transportation, they may experience jostling and high temperatures, which can lead to softening or cracking of the outer layer. While these conditions do not affect the taste or quality, we currently do not support returns or exchanges for such issues. Our warehouse rigorously controls temperature and product packaging to minimize the occurrence of damage as much as possible.

Customers who place orders in the current month will receive a $25 coupon pack each month from the month of purchase until August 31st. The pack includes coupons for beauty ($10 off $99), home ($8 off $69) and health ($7 off $59). These coupons are valid for use at select stores, excluding special items. The coupons will be credited to the user's account within 30 days of issuance. The earlier the order is placed, the more coupons will be received.

Customers who place orders between the 1st and 15th of the month will receive a discount coupon on the 16th of the same month. They will receive the second discount coupon on the 16th of the following month, and so on.
