Book Abstract

古今文献的大量记载，中医临床的经验积累，现代科学实验方法，都证实了循经感传及其他经络现象的客观存在。近几十年来，已有多位学者采用多学科的方法对经络实质进行了全方位的探讨和研究。目前对于经络的结构，较为成熟的假说有这些。
经络已知结构论
根据《黄帝内经》等古医籍中古代医家对尸体的解剖观察和经脉、脏腑形态的记载，经脉循行、功能等的论述以及循经感传的大量研究，许多学者认为，经络是客观存在并有其形态基础的，它可能存在于已知的组织结构中。它是以神经体液系统为主要结构基础，包括血淋巴系统或人体间隙系统等在内的人体功能调节系统。
与血管有关：血管、微血管网络，是经络的组成部分，有45.5％的穴位位于大血管周围，其中18.6％的穴位位于血管上。经脉所过的部位以及穴位部位均同血管分布状况有一定的相似性，通过血管壁的交感传人和交感反射功能，实现接受和传布信息的作用。
与神经相关：与中枢或周围神经系统相关，十二经脉与外周神经有非常密切的关系，经线上的各种神经成分（神经束、神经纤维、神经末梢等）均较非经线的对照部位多。
与淋巴相关：十二经脉与淋巴相关，督脉、任脉和带脉与淋巴结收集丛有关。经络多同淋巴管走行一致，在四肢、躯干及胸腹部，微细淋巴管集束的地方多有穴位。针刺或艾灸对淋巴液的流速和淋巴功能的改变有相当大的影响。
与肌肉相关：观察表明人体一些骨骼肌首尾相接，其分布位置与经脉的循行路线非常相似，并在一部分感传显著的志愿者身上记录到了与感传同步的肌电反应。有54.8％的穴位处于肌肉群上。
综合经络结构研究的主要观点，不外乎以下几种：一是有学者认为，经络不是由一种组织结构组成，而是由多种组织共同构成的一个多层次的空间结构。“人体间隙系统”说就是这方面的代表；二是有研究表明，对针灸机制和经络概念，可用神经体液综合调节机制来阐发。其观点源于对针刺效应和穴位相对特异性等问题的研究；三是有文献指出，经络联系可能是以体表内脏植物性联系为主，并认为古人所说的经络就是指人体的神经和循环两大系统，前者为联系系统，后者为运输系统。总而言之，上述观点均强调经络是已知的结构和功能。

Introduction

中医认为，耳鼻喉诸症与人体正气的强弱及气运调节有关，多因寒温不适和疲劳等引起，即所谓：“邪之所凑，其气必虚。”尤其是体质较弱的特殊人群，如老人、孕妇、儿童等容易感受，感受后往往缠绵不解，如护理或防护不当，很易感受外邪，感邪后最易犯肺，因而出现咳嗽、发热等一系列症状。
中医上目、舌、口、鼻、耳分别与人的五脏相对应。其中，目对应肝，舌对应心，口对应胃，鼻对应肺，耳对应肾。“察五官而知病情”，有一定的科学道理。《灵枢经·五阅五使》：“五官，歧伯日：鼻者肺之官也，目者肝之官也，口唇者脾之官也，舌者心之官也，耳者肾之官也。”所以说在治疗耳鼻喉诸症时，应结合五脏表里合治。
经络是气所往来之通路，而经是通往五脏六腑的主要干道，络为连接干道之线，经络将人体五脏六腑、四肢百骸连结甚密，经常在经络穴位上按摩，能促进气血畅通，改善因内里受邪所引起的耳鼻喉诸症。
