第二驾马车，出口。谁拉动我们的出口？美国。美国的消费拉动中国的出口，那么美国的消费是什么消费？都是借钱来进行的超前消费，也叫做泡沫消费。2008年之前，美国的人均储蓄接近于零。可是金融海啸让美国的泡沫消费爆破，因此2009年，美国人的储蓄率变成4.5％。这也就意味着美国人的消费减少了这个水平。如果美国的消费减少这么多，中国的出口就要相应的下降，所以中国出口将陷入长期的衰退。第二驾马车——出口也不灵了，也拉不动经济。
这就解释了政府为什么要用四万亿来拉动经济，但是政府的所有投资都是利用明天的产能过剩消化今天的产能过剩，一旦建完之后，全中国一定变成一个产能过剩的大窟窿。我请问，我们还有新的增长点吗？如果没有的话，我们未来的经济将陷于长期停滞发展，而经济停滞化就是我们2010年之后所面临的第二个危机。
但是我们还有第三个危机，那就是2009年我们政府释放出了9.59万亿。2010年2月底之前的14个月我们又几乎释放了12万亿银行信贷，因此严重的通货膨胀绝对不可避免，这就是2010年之后的第三个危机——通货膨胀化。
