Author Description

严文华，华东师范大学心理和认知科学学院副教授，博士。在华东师范大学从教19年。目前主要从事跨文化心理学的研究。著有《心理画外音：10年心理咨询个案》（2012）、《踏进这扇门》（2012）、《心理画中书》（2011）、《我手画我心》（2009）、《和自己的心在一起》（2009）、《跨文化沟通心理学》（2008）、《心理画外音》（2003）等著作。她对心理咨询有浓厚兴趣，曾有过大量心理咨询的实践，至今仍从事着心理咨询师班实习带教。本书是她对数年来心理咨询师面接训练的总结和思考。

1 心理咨询面试考试中的常见错误
好的心理咨询如同杜甫在《春夜喜雨》中所描绘的：好雨知时节，当春乃发生。随风潜入夜，润物细无声。
国家劳动和社会保障部上海市二级心理咨询师考试中，面试的通过率较低，它是最难、最见学员功底的，也是最具动态性、评分最为主观的。作为一名考务工作者，我想谈谈在面试中考生常见的错误，涉及咨询面谈以及回答主考官问题。
共感缺失
错误：缺乏共感，或不会共感。
这是考生们最常见的一个错误，共感也是考生失分最多的一项。真正的共感是发自内心的。冷漠的人只能做一个冷漠的咨询师。我们可以看一些咨询片断：
片断一：
“你是做什么工作的？”
“我没有工作。”
“你的专业和工作是否对口？”（来访者已经说自己没有工作，仍问这个问题。）
“我没有工作！我也没有上过大学。”
（由于咨询师倾听不够，来访者以为咨询师在嘲弄他，所以有愤怒！）
“哦，不上大学也挺好。你家庭条件不好，你有自卑心理吗？”
（“不上大学也挺好”，本意是安抚来访者，却让来访者听上去刺耳。后面的一个问题跳跃得非常厉害，而且从“家庭条件不好”推断到“自卑”，非常主观武断。）
“我不知道什么叫‘自卑’。”
（来访者不可能没有听说过“自卑”这个词，这种回答流露出来访者的阻抗。）
“你有没有女朋友？”
（当来访者已经有阻抗时，仍用封闭式问题，会让来访者更加封闭。）
“没有。”
“你和谁住？”
（跳跃的问题。）
“我一个人住。”
“你的父母很早就离开了你？”
“对。”
“你的童年缺乏父母关爱。”
（这个结论片面、主观，没有根据。无法体会到来访者的心情。）
“他们想关爱也没法关爱我！”
（不同意咨询师的总结，感觉咨询师似乎在指责父母没有尽到责任。更加阻抗。）
……
“你目前能否先找份工作呢？反正这不难。”
（无法体会到来访者的心情，如果工作容易找，来访者早就去找了。这个问题本身会让来访者更加沮丧。）
“这对我来说很难。”
“那你上学时学的是什么东西？”
“我只上了职高，学的是机床制造。”
（来访者已在借用咨询师的眼睛看自己，所以用‘只上’一词，流露出不自信。）
“那这很好啊！你的同学都找到工作了吗？”
（轻易地把来访者和别人对比，增加来访者的不安。）
“他们都比我过得好。”
“你看到的只是表面现象。”
（本意是想让来访者宽心，客观效果却是指责来访者。）
来访者沉默。
（阻抗到拒绝对话，因为咨询师根本不理解他！）
“我建议你寻求社会援助，或者去当慈善义工，你看可以做到吗？”
（非常突兀的建议，没有事实的铺垫，对来访者来说没有任何可操作性。）
来访者沉默。
小结：咨询师无法感受来访者内心的焦虑、无助、不自信、怀疑、苦闷等，只是像一台提问机器，终于使得来访者像另一台机器一样停止运转。
