Author Description

张秀枫，作家、编审，中国作家协会会员，原时代文艺出版社总编辑。共创作、发表、出版小说、散文、杂文等百余万字，数次荣获各类文学奖项。部分作品被译成英、法、韩和捷克语在国外出版，并有作品被收入“人教版”、“北大版”中学语文教材。编著、主编的图书有数百种数千万字，责编的图书曾获国家图书奖提名奖。近年来对随笔、散文尤为关注，并有相当深刻的研究体会。

Book Abstract

人口在繁衍，那种独善其身的农业社会、牧歌时代已经十分遥远。那时的创意大体来源于人脑趋近自然，而今天的创意大体来源于标新立异的先行理念。企图妙语惊人，都想再来一个贝聿铭的玻璃金字塔。然而亘古以还，天才都是不世而出的。建筑痴妄症普遍施虐，致使精灵古怪的建筑不一而足。殊不知这些怪物与贝聿铭的金字塔水平不啻天壤。
人口繁多的城市，聚居之处的屋舍，渐渐向蜜蜂窝看齐。远观之崇楼如山，山顶洞人们都西装革履从电梯自下而上、自上而下。当然那广漠的自然、清澈的泉流、云飞霞蔚、城市的花园、林荫的大道，可以在现代的蜗居之中的电视里画饼充饥。
城市的设计使人类审美力萎缩，因为起重机力大无穷，人们自以为智慧正驾驭着建材，此起彼落，一座新城计日可成。殊不知远古人类才算得上有真智慧，他们也知道杠杆定律，重乘重臂等于力乘力臂。五千年前埃及的金字塔，不只是埃及的记忆，几乎成了人类集体记忆，这就是不朽的传统。当然中国两千多年前的长城也在此列。虽然它们与城市无关，但是其独特性，则是城市设计者的楷模。
当建设家们设计房子的时候，第一的要素，它是工作和居停的所在，而不是设计师虚荣心的载体。而街道如果不是如明代北京式的设计城市，地下水管不能如六百年前宏阔而有序，那么密如蛛网的地下管道，则必须有大智大慧、大慈大悲的人怀着最虔诚之心想到明日的大雨。地下重于地上，这是城市的长治久安之计，来不得半点欺人欺世。下面治理得科学而合理，顺畅而自然，那么再在上面风光不晚。怕就怕铁打的衙门，流水的官，在职的年月务使人们看到他治下的州郡日甚一日的辉煌，不作百年之计、千年之计。
前面谈到保持城市的记忆，就有“回归古典”的微言大义在。这将是今天人类的普遍课题，各国有各国的“古典”，各州县有各州县的“古典”，而这古典的回归并不意味着复古主义的蠢蠢出动，因为连孙过庭的《书谱》都说：“何必易雕宫于穴处，反玉辂为椎轮。”这就需要对自身的文化有透彻的了解，想象力的翅膀起飞于沉重而坚实的大地。没有自身民族哲学的、文学的、美学的深厚修养，凭空出不了任何的天才。能属于民族的天才已然不易，属于世界的天才则凤毛麟角。在创造之前，建筑之外的“为己”之学——提高自身的修为，则是未来达到“利他”大愿的第一等重要之事。
