3。急诊科人员资质要求与科室管理制度
急诊科与临床和医技各科室一样，按《全国医院工作条例》规定，实行科主任负责制。急诊医师应具有急诊专科医师执照，必须具有2年以上在急诊值班的工作经验。急诊进修医师和实习医生不得单独值急诊班。急诊医师要相对固定。急诊科的急诊定编人员应100％，真正建立起急诊专业队伍。非急诊专业的未晋升专科医生者必须轮转急诊，时间不得少于半年，派出人员由急诊科统一安排、在急诊主治医师指导下工作，以提高救治危重病患者的能力和综合素质。急诊各级医生必须掌握急诊基本技能：心肺复苏、气管插管、深静脉穿刺、动脉穿刺、电击除颤、呼吸机操作、血液净化技术等。急诊护士有别于其他临床科室的护士，除护理常规外，还应掌握主要急危重症和生命支持治疗的基本功，包括心肺复苏、洗胃、微泵输液、除颤等急救技术操作。
急诊工作制度医院每年要召开1次急诊工作会议，主要讨论解决涉及急诊工作的相关问题，要加强急诊科的建设，建立、健全急诊医疗工作的行政管理制度，规范急危重患者救治的各项诊疗措施，急诊工作流程、急救设备、以利改善急诊工作’提高急诊救治品质，以便更好地为急危重伤病员服务、适应急诊医疗科研教学和突发事件的各类需求。
