《河南蓝皮书：河南工业发展报告（2014）》通过构建河南区域工业竞争力的评价指标体系，并利用2013年《河南统计年鉴》中各省辖市的数据，对河南各区域工业竞争力进行了综合评价和分析。《河南蓝皮书：河南工业发展报告（2014）》还以附表形式给出了河南工业入榜2013年世界企业500强和中国企业500强的企业名单，2013年河南省工业100强企业名单、2013年河南省工业100家高成长企业名单，使读者更好地了解河南工业发展情况。

Author Description

龚绍东，河南省社会科学院工业经济研究所所长，研究员，兼任中国工业经济研究会理事、河南省经济学会理事、河南省工业经济联合会理事。专业研究方向为工业经济和产业经济学，重点研究河南工业经济与产业发展战略与策略、企业战略和创新。在《中国工业经济》《经济日报》等报刊发表论文100多篇。主编或合作编著出版《河南制造》《工农业协调发展的“河南模式”》等学术著作6部。主持和参加国家社会科学基金项目3项、省级社会科学类项目10余项，还主持《河南省现代产业体系建设研究》和承担《河南省工业转型升级“十二五”规划》等省政府规划编制起草和专项研究课题多项。获省级以上社科类优秀成果奖12项。

赵西三，河南省社会科学院工业经济研究所产业经济研究室主任，副研究员，专业研究方向为产业经济学，重点研究河南工业经济及产业发展，公开发表论文20多篇，合作著作10余部，总计字数60多万字。完成各项研究报告30多项，主持国家社科基金青年课题1项，主持并完成省级课题1项，参加国家及省级课题10余项，获省级以上社科优秀成果奖5项。

2.加快推进郑州航空港综合经济实验区建设，推动产业集群式引进
充分发挥郑州航空港综合经济实验区的综合优势与外溢效应，按照“建设大枢纽、培育大产业、塑造大都市”的总体发展路径，突出“一网两链三港一体”综合交通枢纽体系，积极参与全球电子产品供应链的整合进程，依托“三区两廊”总体空间布局，大力发展航空偏好型高端制造业和现代服务业，力争通过促进智能手机品牌商、代工商、配套商、运营商、物流商“五商”并进，全力打造全球最大智能手机产业基地。在此基础上完善承接产业转移长效机制，发布河南承接产业转移目录，提高精细化招商水平，引导各区域根据产业特点制定集群引进路线图，重点谋划制订汽车及零部件、食品、家电、家具、纺织服装及制鞋、新型建材、金属制品等主要行业的集群引进方案，多引进新型、高端企业和高精尖项目。
