2 左右野马分鬃
将身体的躯干比喻为马头，将四肢比喻为马鬃，运动中身体舒展，两臂左右、上下摆动，两脚左右、前后摆动，因似骏马奔驰长鬃摆动而得名。

初学要领
①丁步抱球：上身微微向右转，身体重心逐渐移向右脚，接着，身体再微微向左转动，胸中线对着左前方；同时，右手臂向上方划弧，平屈于胸前，手心向下，左手手心逐渐翻转向上，经体前、在腹部向右下方划弧至右手下，两掌掌心相对成抱球状；随之左脚收到右脚内侧，脚尖着地；眼看前方，顾及右手。
高手进阶
提高难度：随着练习的深入，腿部的力量随之增加，抱球时左脚可提离地面。
形
定势：两臂虚腋屈臂，右臂肘部低于肩部，腕低于手，右上臂与前臂之间的夹角约120°，左臂屈肘环抱，左手腕不可僵直折腕，两手掌心相对，右手心向下高度与胸齐平，左手心向上高度与腰齐平，两掌距离身体约20 厘米；左脚尖点地，后脚跟与地面夹角不超过60°，前脚掌着地。
动势：两掌抱球要通过腰部带动手臂运动，同时手臂自旋。
意
意想左侧腰间松力，后右侧腰间松力，腰背像是由左向右划了一个圆，即所谓的启动两肾，两仪内动，带动身体的重心从左腿移动到右腿；再意想左侧腰部放松，两手像转动一个立体的太极球或方向盘。感知手、胸之间有一个很饱满的大气球。
气
向内收为吸气。
错误动作
此动作的错误在于两掌抱球时，两手距离过大，右臂太高；右臂应于胸前平屈为宜，两手手腕不可僵直。
初学要领
②弓步分靠：重心先在右脚，上身左转，左腿向左前方迈出，重心移向左腿，右脚跟后蹬，右腿自然伸直，成左弓步；同时，两手随着转体分别慢慢向左上、右下分开，左手手心斜向上方，中指尖高度约与鼻尖齐平，肘部微屈，右手落于右胯旁，右肘微屈，手心向下；眼睛通过左手指尖向前平视。
